Our Application Process

Making your application simple and fair 

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to apply to become a Consultant at A&DC. 

Simply send us an email outlining your interest to, recruitment@adc.uk.com 

We will then be in touch to inform you of the details of the recruitment process and intended timelines. 

Our Consultant recruitment process

 

To ensure a smooth and effective application we operate the following process for our Consultant candidates.

Stage One - Application

You will be asked to complete a short application form and an online verbal reasoning test.  The application form includes sections relating to your academic background, career history and two competency-based questions. 

Stage Two - Interview

Successful candidates will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview at our offices in Godalming, Surrey.  This also provides you with the opportunity to visit our offices and explore the local area.  In preparation for the interview you will be asked to complete an online working styles questionnaire.  Candidates will be asked to complete a short online verbal reasoning retest.

Stage Three - Assessment Centre

The final stage involves an Assessment Centre at our offices in Godalming.  The Assessment Centre includes a range of exercises, some of which will require advanced preparation.

Feedback

It is our policy to offer all candidates feedback on their performance.  Throughout the recruitment process, we will keep you informed of your progress.  If you are interested in more detailed feedback, we will arrange for one of our Consultants to talk you through your performance.
